About the Event
Our Model United Nations (MUN) conference features committees dedicated to specific topics. Delegates choose their preferred committee during registration and are then assigned countries or characters to represent. They research and write position papers based on their assignments.
Within each committee, a team of Maple student judges known as the "dais" creates background guides and determines award recipients. At the conference's end, awards are presented to the top three delegates in each committee: Best Delegate (1st place, gavel and certificate), Outstanding Delegate (2nd place, certificate), and Honourable Mention (3rd place, certificate). It's a dynamic and rewarding experience for all involved.
